- Reread Genesis chapter 37.
- What all from this chapter led to Joseph’s brothers’ anger against him? Describe what his brothers planned and what they actually executed. Reflect on the brothers’ justification of such drastic sin. Describe a sin that you have justified against someone else.
- Consider the Israelites as they were reading this, just coming out of slavery in Egypt. How does this passage, in this context point you to God’s sovereignty over all things?
