- Read Genesis 38 again
- Reflect on areas of your life where hypocrisy may be prevalent. Confess these to God.
- Remind yourself of God’s holiness. Think about his lack of tolerance of sin in light of this passage.
- How should you live in light of God’s holiness?
- Remind yourself of the grace of God. Think about how vast the grace of God is in light of this passage.
- How should you live in light of God’s grace?
- Pray worshiping God for his holiness, confessing your sin and hypocrisy, and thanking God for his grace.
