Intentionally Act
- If you are a child, in what ways are you not honoring and obeying your parents? Confess to God and your parents the ways you are falling short of living out your role as a child.
- If you are a parent, in what ways are you provoking your children to anger or not bringing them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord? Confess to God and your children the ways your are falling short of living out your role as a parent.
- If you are a child, what is one area of your life that you can strive for more obedience to your parents this week? Seek to live this way.
- If you are a parent, what is one way that you can strive to bring your children up in discipline and instruction of the Lord? Seek to live this way.
- Spend some time thanking God for the family, parents, and children he has given you. Be sure to thank God for your spiritual family as well!
