Please find below the notes from the Elder's Prayer this past Sunday.

Lord, we give thanks this morning for Ravi’s profession of faith and his obedience to Christ’s commandment to be baptized.

Just as our Lord was baptized, each of us is called to follow his example as an indication of our faith-a faith that is a gift of your grace.

We all were once dead in our sins yet, because of your mercy, you made us alive together with Christ.

We are Your workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which You prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. 

We pray for Ravi as member of the spiritual body of Christ’s believers and as a member of this church that he will honor You, Lord by committing himself to You and Your authority.

And that he will glorify You with his life-pursuing you in all that he does.

We pray that for each of us-as we live out our days on this earth and look to a glorious eternity, reconciled to you forever.
