• Read 1 Thess 3:11-13.
• What is the connection between the last section and this section? What is Paul doing in these three verses? What are the 3 main requests he makes?
• Who does Paul pray to?
• What does Paul mean when he prays that the Lord would “direct our way to you”?
• What is Paul’s request in v. 12? What is the limit of the love Paul prays for them to have?
• Why does Paul pray for their love to increase and abound according to v. 13?
• What does it mean “that He may establish your hearts”? How does the next phrase help explain what he means? Before whom does Paul pray their hearts would be established?
• When is this request aiming at?
