- How is the multitude described and what were they doing?
- Describe what those in white robes can expect from God.
- What would the great multitude have previously experienced on earth? See chapter 6.
- How is God praised in this passage?
- What is stated about the Lamb? Who is this?
Prayerfully Meditate
- What gives the multitude the opportunity to be present here?
- How is the praise of the Lord in this passage similar to how you praise Him today? Is anything different?
- What will the shepherd do for this group? How is this significant in comparison with their previous experience in chapter 6?
- In your own words, describe what the multitude will experience with the Lamb.
Intentionally Act
- Describe how this passage can provide you hope, even in the midst of your current circumstances and world events.
- Describe how the power of God is at work through this passage, particularly in light of what this group previously experienced in chapter 6.
- How can this passage specifically be used in your witness of the gospel to an unbeliever?
