- Read Revelation 19:11-16. Who is “He”, the rider on the white horse? Also see 19:19.
- What names is the rider known by in this passage?
- How is the rider described? Where is He located?
- What are the rider’s weapons and what does He use them for?
- Who else is present during this account? What are they doing?
- Whose wrath is being dispensed?
Prayerfully Meditate
- Why do you think the rider is referred to by different names in this passage?
- Referring to vs. 11, how can war be declared in righteousness?
- How are this rider and the armies following Him different than any of the rulers and armies the world has previously seen?
- Why will the nations be judged if Babylon was already destroyed? See 14:9-11; 17:1-2; and 18:1-3.
